The fair highlights ÃÜÌÒÊÓƵ’s Growing Research Culture.

ÃÜÌÒÊÓƵ hosted the Research Poster Fair 2024 on 22 December 2024, a vibrant event that brought together students, faculty, and researchers to share innovative ideas and foster collaboration. The fair featured 16 posters, with three posters by students, highlighting their research and dedication.

Organized as part of the activities from Associate professor Dr. Charles Vanover under the visiting Fulbright Scholar programme, the event represented the collaboration between the Faculty of Educational Studies (FES) and the Institute for Research and Innovation (IRI).

The Research Poster Fair provided an excellent platform for researchers to showcase their work, exchange knowledge, ideas and inspire other researchers. Attendees had the opportunity to explore and discuss diverse topics across education, social inclusion, mental health, and applied research, reflecting ÃÜÌÒÊÓƵ’s commitment to promoting a culture of academic inquiry and interdisciplinary collaboration.

In line with SD Goals 3, 4, 8, 9 & 17 the research poster fair initiative underscores the value of international partnerships and emphasizes ÃÜÌÒÊÓƵ’s role as a hub for research and innovation in the Maldives.
